Okonomiyaki with fluffy egg

Okonomiyaki made with rice-based okonomiyaki flour for a fluffy texture.
Ingredients
- for about 2 sheets
- Okonomiyaki rice flour・・・100g
- Water・・・100cc
- Egg・・・1egg
- Cabbage・・・150g
- Ingredients of your choice (squid, shrimp, pork, green onion, fried egg, red ginger, etc.)・・・150g
- Oil・・・proper quantity
How to cook
- 1.In a bowl, mix okonomiyaki flour, egg, and water with a whisk.
- 2.Add cabbage and other ingredients of your choice to 1.
If desired, grated yam can be added to the mixture for an even more delicious taste. - 3.Lightly oil a preheated hot plate (200°C) or frying pan and pour the mixture into a round. When the underside is golden brown, turn over with a spatula and cook the other side as well.
- 4.Once cooked, spread sauce as desired and serve with dried bonito flakes, aonori (green laver), mayonnaise, etc.
