Mochiko Chicken” is a fried chicken dish from Hawaii. The crunchy and sticky texture of the batter made from glutinous rice flour is addictive!
Ingredients
- Chicken meat・・・500g
- Soy sauce・・・2 Tbsp.
- Garlic・・・small quantity
- Ginger ・・・small quantity
- Glutinous rice flour・・・2 Tbsp.
How to cook
- 1.Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
- 2.Rub soy sauce, garlic, and ginger into 1 and let sit for about 30 minutes to soak up the flavors.
- 3.Blend 2 tablespoons of rice cake flour into the 2, and then cleanly apply more flour to each piece of meat.
- 4.Deep fry in oil at about 170°C until crispy and ready to serve.
