Grissini made with rice flour, wrapped with prosciutto

Prosciutto and rice flour grissini are a perfect match!
Ingredients
- Rice flour・・・200g
- Almond pudding・・・60g
- Baking powder・・・7g
- Granulated sugar・・・5g
- Parmigiano cheese powder・・・10g
- Skim milk・・・7g
- Rice bran oil・・・15cc
- Water・・・150cc
- ●Olive oil・・・Proper quantity
- ●Dry-cured ham・・・In any quantity you like.
How to cook
- 1.Mix all ingredients except ◎ in a bowl and let rest for 30 minutes.
- 2.Roll out about 30 grams of each of the doughs from step 1 into thin strips about 20 cm long, place on a baking sheet, and brush lightly with olive oil.
- 3.Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 14 minutes, then flip and bake for another 3 minutes.
- 4.When roughly heated, wrap the prosciutto around the ham and serve.
