Glutinous Flour Ponde Cajo

Sticky pon de cajo made with glutinous rice flour. It can be served as a snack or a nibble.
Ingredients
- 【10~12 pieces.】
- Gutinous rice flour・・・80g
- Parmesan cheese・・・30g
- Beaten egg・・・1 egg
- Milk・・・50cc
- Salt・・・small quantity
- Olive oil・・・10g
How to cook
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spatula.
- 2.When the dough comes together, knead by hand, roll into bite-sized pieces, and place on a baking sheet.
- 3.Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
