Sticky pon de cajo made with glutinous rice flour. It can be served as a snack or a nibble.

Ingredients

  • 【10~12 pieces.】
  • Gutinous rice flour・・・80g
  • Parmesan cheese・・・30g
  • Beaten egg・・・1 egg
  • Milk・・・50cc
  • Salt・・・small quantity
  • Olive oil・・・10g

How to cook

  1. 1.Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spatula.
  2. 2.When the dough comes together, knead by hand, roll into bite-sized pieces, and place on a baking sheet.
  3. 3.Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
