Glutinous flour is added to make a glutinous pizza dough.

Ingredients

  • For 2 sheets
  • ●Bread Flour・・・100g
  • ●Glutinous flour・・・30g
  • ●Sugar・・・7g
  • ●Salt・・・3g
  • ●Black pepper・・・small quantity
  • ●Dry yeast・・・2g
  • ●Water・・・90~95cc
  • Olive oil・・・5g
  • Ingredients of your choice (pizza sauce, salami, peppers, corn, cheese, etc.)・・・proper quantity

How to cook

  1. 1.●Place the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine.
  2. 2.Add olive oil, mix well, and knead well with your weight on your wrists.
    Knead until the dough is so light that it cannot be broken even when lightly stretched.
  3. 3.Cover the bowl of 2 with plastic wrap and let rest at room temperature for 20 minutes.
  4. 4.Divide the dough from 3 into two, place on a cookie sheet, and roll out thinly with a rolling pin.
  5. 5.Place the 4 on a baking sheet with the cookie sheet, brush with olive oil or pizza sauce, and top with ingredients of your choice.
    *Place the moist vegetables last.
  6. 6.Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 12~15 minutes.
