Ingredients

  • Chikuwa(tube-shaped fish-paste cake)・・・10 pieces
  • ●Rice flour・・・3 Tbsp.
  • ●Mayonnaise・・・1Tbsp.
  • ●Water・・・4Tbsp.
  • ●Green laver (Enteromorpha)・・・1Tbsp.

How to cook

  1. 1.Cut the chikuwa into bite-size pieces.
  2. 2.In a bowl, combine the ● ingredients and mix well to make the batter.
  3. 3.Dip the chikuwa in the batter described in 2. and deep fry in oil at about 170℃ until crispy.
