Cream Cheese Terrine

Authentic thick cream cheese terrine made with rice flour. The acidity of lemon is refreshing.
Ingredients
- ●Mascarpone cheese・・・400g
- ●Sour cream・・・200g
- ●Sugar・・・150g
- ●Egg・・・4eggs
- Rice flour・・・40g
- Lemon juice・・・30cc
- Salt・・・small quantity
How to cook
- 1.Combine the ● ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- 2.Combine the rice flour, lemon juice, and salt in 1 and mix well.
- 3.Pour the dough from 2 into a mold lined with an oven sheet, and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 30 to 40 minutes in a hot water bath*.
*This method involves baking in hot water in a bat or on a baking sheet. - 4.When cooled thoroughly, cut into pieces and serve with apricot jam or other garnish.
