Grissini made with rice flour, wrapped with prosciutto

Prosciutto and rice flour grissini are a perfect match!

Ingredients

  • Rice flour・・・200g
  • Almond pudding・・・60g
  • Baking powder・・・7g
  • Granulated sugar・・・5g
  • Parmigiano cheese powder・・・10g
  • Skim milk・・・7g
  • Rice bran oil・・・15cc
  • Water・・・150cc
  • ●Olive oil・・・Proper quantity
  • ●Dry-cured ham・・・In any quantity you like.

How to cook

  1. 1.Mix all ingredients except ◎ in a bowl and let rest for 30 minutes.
  2. 2.Roll out about 30 grams of each of the doughs from step 1 into thin strips about 20 cm long, place on a baking sheet, and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. 3.Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 14 minutes, then flip and bake for another 3 minutes.
  4. 4.When roughly heated, wrap the prosciutto around the ham and serve.
