Crispy rice flour tempura even after hours
Ingredients
- Various vegetables (ingredients of your choice)・・・For 3 or 4 persons
- ●Rice flour・・・150g
- ●Water・・・200cc
- ●Egg・・・1egg
- Salad oil・・・proper quantity
How to cook
- 1.Cut vegetables into bite-size pieces.
- 2.In a bowl, combine the ● ingredients and mix well.
- 3.Dip the vegetables in the batter described in 2. and deep fry them crisply in oil at about 170°C.
