Glutinous Flour Pizza
- Time 15 minutes(20 minutes for dough to rest, 12 to 15 minutes for baking.)

Glutinous flour is added to make a glutinous pizza dough.
Ingredients
- For 2 sheets
- ●Bread Flour・・・100g
- ●Glutinous flour・・・30g
- ●Sugar・・・7g
- ●Salt・・・3g
- ●Black pepper・・・small quantity
- ●Dry yeast・・・2g
- ●Water・・・90~95cc
- Olive oil・・・5g
- Ingredients of your choice (pizza sauce, salami, peppers, corn, cheese, etc.)・・・proper quantity
How to cook
- 1.●Place the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine.
- 2.Add olive oil, mix well, and knead well with your weight on your wrists.
Knead until the dough is so light that it cannot be broken even when lightly stretched. - 3.Cover the bowl of 2 with plastic wrap and let rest at room temperature for 20 minutes.
- 4.Divide the dough from 3 into two, place on a cookie sheet, and roll out thinly with a rolling pin.
- 5.Place the 4 on a baking sheet with the cookie sheet, brush with olive oil or pizza sauce, and top with ingredients of your choice.
*Place the moist vegetables last. - 6.Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 12~15 minutes.
