Rice flour chocolate banana pound cake

A low-sugar pound cake with the sweetness of bananas. This recipe is recommended for beginner cooks.

Ingredients

  • For 1 17cm pound cake mold
  • Rice flour・・・100g
  • Baking powder・・・3~4g
  • Banana (small)・・・A banana(80g)
  • Egg(M)・・・2eggs
  • ●Sugar・・・50~60g
  • ●Rice oil or salad oil・・・2 Tbsp.
  • ●Yogurt (unsweetened)・・・50g
  • Chocolate chip・・・15~20g

How to cook

  1. 1.-Line a baking sheet in a mold.
    -Preheat oven to 180°C.
    -Mix rice flour and baking powder.
    -Mash the bananas with the back of a fork.
  2. 2.Break the eggs into a bowl, add the ● ingredients and mix, then add the 1 banana and flour mixture and mix well. Finally, add the chocolate chips and mix lightly.
  3. 3.Pour the dough from 2 into the mold from 1 and bake in the oven at 180℃ for 35-40 minutes.
    The cake is done when nothing sticks to it when a bamboo skewer is inserted.
