Crispy rice flour batter! It is a standard isobe-age.
Ingredients
- Chikuwa(tube-shaped fish-paste cake)・・・10 pieces
- ●Rice flour・・・3 Tbsp.
- ●Mayonnaise・・・1Tbsp.
- ●Water・・・4Tbsp.
- ●Green laver (Enteromorpha)・・・1Tbsp.
How to cook
- 1.Cut the chikuwa into bite-size pieces.
- 2.In a bowl, combine the ● ingredients and mix well to make the batter.
- 3.Dip the chikuwa in the batter described in 2. and deep fry in oil at about 170℃ until crispy.
